Get Up & Go
Water exercise class that is fun filled and gets you “charged up” in the morning. Water exercise is to be done at your own pace. You work as hard or as little as you choose. The workout is yours. However you do want to remember good posture and breathing techniques that will be taught in all water exercise classes. Drop in classes. Taught year round in the recreational (Big Pool). Water, water everywhere. Come on in!
Deep Water Aerobics Class
In this class you will be working in the deep water with the assistance of a deep-water belt. As you are suspended in the water this enhances using your core muscle groups to maintain good body mechanics while you will have a full body work out. Drop in classes. Taught year round in the recreational (Big Pool). Work that body!
Shallow water workout
This class includes a variety of fun exercises specializing in water fitness and conditioning. Drop in classes. Taught year round in the recreational (Big Pool). Join us in the evening.

Y AquaDance is a high-energy, low-impact fitness class in a swimming pool that combines choreographed dance routines with traditional water aerobics moves. It uses water resistance to create a full-body workout that is gentle on the joints while incorporating music from various genres to boost intensity and make the exercise more fun. Come join in the fun! (Big Pool)
