CANCELLATION POLICY

 There is no membership contract, so you may cancel your membership with a 30 day notice prior to your next draft date.  Monthly membership drafts continue until the membership is terminated.  Membership is not dependent on usage, and the YMCA does not reimburse for lack of use.

TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

 There are 3 ways to cancel membership:  Online, in person by filling out a form, or by email to jingle@ymcashoals.org.  You will receive an email confirmation.  Memberships are not terminated over the phone.

  • Go to YMCASHOALS.ORG
  • Manage Account
  • My Account
  • Email or phone # that is on your account
  • Manage Membership
  • Cancel Membership

MEMBERSHIP HOLDS

 The YMCA will put a membership on hold for 3 months for medical reasons.  The membership will automatically resume drafting after 3 months.  Email jingle@ymcashoals.org to place your membership on a medical hold.
