Les Mills Bodybalance

BodyBalance is a yoga based workout that contains exercises from pilates and tai chi. The workout is designed to center the body while lengthening and strengthening the muscles. BodyBalance aims to strengthen the core, promote flexibility and focus the mind.

Muscle Works

Total body resistance training class using a bar with adjustable, weighted plates, dumbbells, balls, and steps. This class is ideal for those who want to increase resting metabolism, decrease body fat, as well as increase muscle tone. Tone up!

Y Gold

This class combines low impact/intensity aerobic moves to improve cardiovascular conditioning for the active senior. Light hand weights are used in exercises that help prevent and stop the damage of osteoporosis. Gentle stretching is incorporated to help improve range of motion for an overall workout. Body and Balance

Participants will exercise from the safety of their chair as they strengthen the body, build balance and increase coordination skills. Using low impact resistance and stability training, you will leave feeling stronger in body and more confident in activities throughout your everyday life.

PiYo 

A music-driven, athletic workout that strengthens, stretches and tones with dynamic movements inspired by the best of Pilates and yoga, this “bootcamp on a yoga mat” class is rigorous but restorative, high-intensity yet low impact and will bring functionality and flexibility to your body.

Yoga in Chairs

Yoga in chairs is designed for a population that needs to move at a slower pace. Everyone performs the exercises at their own pace while sitting on a chair for support. These exercises are very beneficial and give a range of motion from your head to your toes.

Pilates Plus

We will use Pilates and yoga inspired moves that will help build strength, mobility, flexibility and will definitely challenge our balance. These exercises will also help with toning and creating lean muscles along with strengthening our core.

Y-Yoga

A great form of exercise to help individuals deal with stress and pressures of modern living. It will work the joints and muscles to increase flexibility, strength, balance and good blood flow. It is a way to decrease tension. It leads to quiet reflection, proper breathing and spinal alignment.

Less mills body balance

fusion fit

This yoga class combines flowing yoga poses with exercises that build core strength, joint stability, balance, and increased range of motion. Equipment such as bands, stability balls, and weights may be used to challenge and motivate and keep the body continually making fitness gains.

Breathe & Bend

Combines movements focusing on length, strength, balance and breath. Principles of Pilates and traditional yoga, coupled with inspiring music and breathing help immerse you into this class that challenges your body from every angle. Prepare yourself to get long and lean while relieving stress in this total body workout.

Step Aerobics is an aerobic exercise that is performed by stepping onto and off of an elevated platform while doing upper body movements. Also known as step training, the choreographed moves are done as a moderate to high-intensity cardiovascular workout.

Pilates 

This class is performed on a mat utilizing stretching and strengthening exercises. Designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility and balance.

STOTT Pilates Reformer

STOTT Pilates Reformer is an apparatus made up of springs, loops, a gliding carriage and a bar which challenges body and mind. The resistance is created by the combination of springs postural alignment which improves athletic performance, back pain,, injury recover, weight loss, balance, bone density and posture. Reformer class sessions can be purchased at the front desk. Classes are limited to 3 participants and require registration 24 hours in advance.

Strength In Chairs

Strength in chairs is designed for the senior population or anyone with a disability or limitations due to illness or injury. This class is designed to compliment the Yoga in Chairs program with various exercises that encourage strength and mobility while utilizing bands, balls and light weights. Everyone performs the exercises at their own pace while sitting on a chair for support.

Y Barre

Y Barre is designed to emphasize the correct bio mechanics of movement combined with the power of music to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. It is a program geared for everyone – no dance experience or tutus are required! (Beg. to Adv.)

Y HIIT

Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This class for the advanced exerciser who already has an aerobic base. Participants will alternate between bouts of timed intense activity and recovery. HIIT exercises are short in duration and get the heart rate up very quickly. If you are ready to take your workouts to the next level Y HIIT is for you.

Yoga/Pilates Plus

We will use Yoga/Pilates inspired moves that will help build strength, mobility, flexibility and will definitely challenge our balance. These exercises will also help with toning and creating lean muscles along with strengthening our core.

RPM+sculpt

Combining the cardio benefits of RPM with an additional blast of sculpting abs, arms and legs. (Beg. to Adv.)

Y Cycle

Indoor cycling will increase your cardiovascular endurance and strengthen your abs, lower back and legs while providing an aerobic challenge just for you. With some of your favorite tunes to keep you motivated, Y Cycle allows the instructor to create indoor rides through mixed terrain to most mimic an outdoor ride. Come 10 minutes before class in order to ensure proper bike set-up.

Les Mills RPM

A pre-choreographed group indoor cycling program where you control the intensity using simulated climbs and sprints to burn calories and improve cardio fitness. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, this workout is sure to improve cardiovascular fitness.

spYn

A group indoor cycling class set to fun and exciting music, this class is designed to challenge participants through hills, climbs, intervals and races. This is a great cardiovascular workout for all ages and fitness levels. Those new to class should arrive 10 minutes prior to class to ensure proper bike set up.
