Arthritis Classes

This class is good for what ails you! Five days a week you can help lessen your pain and other discomforting ailments in our warm water leisure pool. Teaming up with the Arthritis Foundation our instructors follow all arthritis precautions to help you to be able to function by using every day range of motion movements in the water. It’s a great way to begin your day! Drop in classes. Taught year round. You’ve got to keep on moving!

Deep Water Arthritis Classes

While you are suspended in the warm water of the leisure pool, almost weightless, using a deep-water belt, (it keeps you suspended in the water) you can enjoy a great range of motion workout. We will be following all arthritis precautions to help you be able to function better in your every day walk of life. Deep water exercises classes while using the belts increases your strength in your core muscle groups that will help us stand and walk tall. Drop in classes. Work your body today!

Advanced Ai Chi: Aquatic Flowing Energy

This class is designed to help you relax the mind, body and spirit. If it could be compared to anything it would be like yoga in the water. This class will be conducted in the warm water with relaxing music. Take a break from the noise and enjoy self-control.
